Refund Policy

At Moblogix Technology, we strive to provide high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Refund Terms
  • Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@moblogixtechnology.com 
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days if approved.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

     2.1 Web Design & Development Services
  • If the project has not yet been initiated, a partial refund may be granted.
  • If the project is in progress and if the project is closed midway by the client, no payment will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be provided once the project is completed and delivered.
     2.2 Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
  • Due to the nature of digital marketing, results may vary. Refunds will not be issued based on performance metrics.
  • If a cancellation is requested before campaign initiation, a partial refund may be granted.
  • If services have commenced, a partial refund may be provided based on the remaining service period.
     2.3 Custom Software & Mobile App Development
  • Refunds will not be granted once the development phase has begun unless otherwise stated in the contract.
     2.4 Subscription-Based Services
  • Clients may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but refunds will not be issued for past payments.
  • If a subscription is canceled before the renewal date, the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Services
  • Payments made for domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, or software licenses are non-refundable.
  • Any service where the work has been fully delivered or completed is not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Process
  • Clients must submit a refund request via email with detailed reasoning and any supporting documentation.
  • Moblogix Technology will review the request and notify the client of approval or denial within 7 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Modifications to Refund Policy

Moblogix Technology reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
