2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Payment & Fees

• All services require upfront payment or a mutually agreed payment structure.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Any additional costs incurred during a project (such as third-party software, hosting, or paid plugins) will be communicated to the client beforehand.

4. Project Timelines & Revisions

• Project timelines will be outlined in a formal agreement before work begins.
• Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions based on the service package chosen. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary information) may result in timeline adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Clients will receive ownership rights to the final design and development work upon full payment.
• Moblogix Technology retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.
• Any third-party content, images, or assets used must comply with copyright laws.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Moblogix Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes in digital marketing efforts such as SEO or paid advertising due to varying market conditions.

8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with prior written notice.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to project progress and work completed.
• Termination does not absolve the client of outstanding payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jodhpur (Rajasthan). Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.

10. Amendments & Updates

Moblogix Technology reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
